T2T基因组相比传统参考基因组填补了着丝粒、端粒和高重复区域等"基因组暗区"。GenoMatrix立即将NCDS系统的112个核心基因映射至T2T基因组:101个基因直接匹配成功,9个通过同源性比对获得验证,1个因坐标偏移需重新定位(MYH1),1个确认为假基因(MYH4),总体映射成功率达98.2%。

T2T基因组的引入将提升EQAI平台上所有基因检测产品的坐标精度,包括JumpHealth™遗传病筛查和JumpID™基因鉴定服务。

GenoMatrix has completed the download and verification of Telomere-to-Telomere (T2T) complete genomes for horse (Equus caballus, GCF_041296265.1) and donkey (Equus asinus, GCF_041296235.1).

T2T genomes fill in "genomic dark regions" such as centromeres, telomeres, and highly repetitive areas that traditional reference genomes lack. GenoMatrix immediately mapped 112 core NCDS genes to the T2T genome: 101 directly matched, 9 verified by homology, 1 requires repositioning due to coordinate offset (MYH1), and 1 confirmed as pseudogene (MYH4), achieving an overall mapping success rate of 98.2%.

The introduction of T2T genomes will improve coordinate precision for all genetic testing products on the EQAI platform, including JumpHealth™ disease screening and JumpID™ identification services.
