中国拥有29个本土马属品种,包括蒙古马、藏马、哈萨克马等。这些品种形成了不可替代的基因资源——蒙古马的耐寒性、藏马的高原适应性。然而,多个本土品种面临种群缩小和遗传多样性丧失的危机。

基因数据在保种中的角色是"基础设施数字化":第一步,通过基因频率分析建立遗传多样性基线;第二步,识别保种优先级;第三步,动态监测种群遗传结构变化。

GenoMatrix的行动:我们已与内蒙古、新疆等地的马业保种项目达成数据合作意向,将EQAI平台的数据能力应用于中国29个本土马属品种的遗传资源保护。合作包括遗传多样性基线建立、种群结构分析和保种优先级评估。

在基因资源消失之前完成数字化记录,是这一代人的责任。

China has 29 native equine breeds, including Mongolian horses, Tibetan horses, and Kazakh horses. These breeds represent irreplaceable genetic resources — cold tolerance in Mongolian horses, high-altitude adaptation in Tibetan horses. However, many native breeds face population decline and loss of genetic diversity.

Genetic data's role in conservation is "infrastructure digitization": Step 1, establish genetic diversity baselines through allele frequency analysis; Step 2, identify conservation priorities; Step 3, dynamically monitor population genetic structure changes.

GenoMatrix's Action: We have reached data partnership agreements with conservation programs in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, applying EQAI platform capabilities to protect 29 native Chinese equine breeds. Cooperation includes diversity baselines, population structure analysis, and conservation priority assessment.

Completing digital records before genetic resources disappear is the responsibility of our generation.
