Core Layer (4 core genes): MSTN (muscle fiber type), DMRT3 (gait coordination), ACE (cardiopulmonary), CKM (energy metabolism).
N Layer (7 sublayers, 59 genes): Covers neural conduction, muscle contraction, skeletal development, energy metabolism, angiogenesis, oxygen transport, and hormone regulation.
H Layer (5 sublayers, 53 genes): Covers immune regulation, stress response, longevity regulation, epigenetics, and aging inflammation regulation.
The JJS v6.0 generates seven-dimensional sport scores: sprint power, endurance, explosiveness, coordination, recovery, injury resistance, and competitive longevity.
