GenoMatrix自主研发的NCDS(Neuro-Centric Differentiation System)v3.8模型正式发布。该模型融合116个功能基因,覆盖神经-骨骼-发育三大维度,核心基因验证率达90%。
NCDS采用三层架构体系:Core层(4个核心基因)→ N层(7个亚层59个基因)→ H层(5个亚层53个基因)。v3.8版本新增H5"衰老炎症调控"亚层(12个基因),并修正了5个H5基因的染色体编号。
基于NCDS框架的骏跃引擎(Jumping Jockey System, JJS)v6.0可评估马匹在冲刺、耐力、舞步、障碍赛等方向的运动适性。每项评分均关联至具体基因变异、证据等级和文献来源。

NCDS employs a three-layer architecture: Core layer (4 core genes) → N layer (7 sublayers, 59 genes) → H layer (5 sublayers, 53 genes). Version 3.8 adds the H5 "Aging Inflammation Regulation" sublayer (12 genes) and corrects chromosome assignments for 5 H5 genes.
The Jumping Jockey System (JJS) v6.0, based on the NCDS framework, evaluates equine sport suitability across sprint, endurance, dressage, and jumping. Each score is linked to specific gene variants, evidence levels, and literature sources.
